Zoning Board of Adjustments
The Zoning Board of Adjustments (ZBA) meets on an as-needed basis. The board hears appeals from decisions of municipal officers relating to the application of municipal zoning regulations and may grant variances and authorize uses permitted upon appeal. Anyone who wants to request a variance or has a question related to zoning is encouraged to contact Shelby County Development Services at (205) 620-6650.
