MONTEVALLO CITY COUNCIL/ NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING/ Monday January 12, 2026, 6:00 PM
In accordance with Section 11-43-50 of the Legislature of Alabama, the Montevallo City Council will, during its regular monthly meeting, conduct a Public Hearing on Monday, January 12, 2026, at 6:00 pm at Montevallo City Hall, 541 Main Street in Montevallo, Alabama, for the purpose of acting on the following items:
Case Number: SP25-015 The Learning Tree – Site Development Plan
This is a request from Joe Schifanella, Southeastern Construction Partners, on behalf of Learning Tree Management LLC, property owner, for approval of a site development plan to construct a daycare center. The subject property is zoned B-1 SD Neighborhood Business Special District and located at 500 Freedom Parkway at the southeast corner of the intersection with State Route 119. (Parcel ID 58-27-1-02-0-000-001.002)
