NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Thursday April 30, 2026 6:00 PM

In accordance with Section 11-43-50 of the Legislature of Alabama, the City of Montevallo will conduct a Public Hearing on Thursday April 30, 2026 at 6:00 pm at 541 Main Street in Montevallo, Alabama, for the purpose of hearing public comments and concerns regarding the following:


Water and Sewer Line Improvement Project Alabama Highway 119 and County Highway 22 at Moore’s Crossroads in conjunction with the Shelby County Urban County Community Development Block Grant Fiscal Year 2026

All persons who so desire shall have an opportunity to voice comments and concerns during this   public meeting.  Additional information may be obtained at the Office of the City Clerk, Montevallo City Hall at 541 Main Street Montevallo, AL 35115 during regular business hours 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday – Friday.
