Municipal Court has jurisdiction over motor vehicle and traffic violations, criminal misdemeanors and municipal ordinance violations established by the Code of Ordinances and committed within the city limits of Montevallo, Alabama.

Interpreter Services
A Spanish interpreter is available at City Hall during regular business hours. An additional interpreter will be present during the third court session. For other interpreters, please contact the Municipal Court at least 2 weeks prior to your court date to make arrangements for the type of interpreter that will be needed.
